If you visit or shop with us, you must accept the following conditions. Warranty: A warranty involves cost and certain business agreements which may differ based on where a customer purchases the Rcom  products. Therefore, our warranty covers the Rcom electrically operated products that are purchased directly from this website. If you purchased your Rcom products from a retail outlet or another website, then your warranty is handled directly by the original seller and is based on their specified terms and conditions. Rcom electrically operated products, such as the heated mat, carries a 2-year warranty based on malfunctioning under normal condition. You pay to ship the product to us. If the needed repair is under the warranty we will repair or replace the product (whichever is appropriate) and ship the product back to you at our expense. The customer shall pay for any damages to the product that are caused by abuse of the product. Outside the warranty period, the repair and shipping coast is payable by the customer. Please, note that the Rcom electrically operated products are made under strict quality control for material and workmanship. The warranty covers our customers that purchase from this website and is limited to the original owner without transfer of the warranty. If the original seller is no longer available we may be able to assist with the warranty for items that are purchased from another website or an outlet, but that service is limited to only 1 years from purchase date, and covers only the electrical components. All shipping costs would be the buyer’s responsibility.  Therefore, please contact the original seller for any warranty issues or services. Dealers and affiliates may offer different warranty features and they bear most of the warranty costs with their customers. Therefore, all warranty registration, customer support, and inquiries are handled by websites or outlets where the customer originally purchased the juicer or parts. Warranty and Repair Arrangement: The Rcom products are manufactured with high quality and workmanship. Therefore, some repairs may be easily accomplished by the customer without the need to ship the product back to us, saving on shipping costs. Therefore, the first step when a warranty issue arises is to, please, contact us with details of the problem. We will discuss options or any additional information that maybe needed. If you can perform the needed repair, we will email instructions or a video on how to perform the repair. Rcom Warranty Registration:  Customers who purchase Rcom electrically operated products directly from our website need not register or mail in any warranty cards since they are already enrolled and registered. However, if the purchase was made from any other website or outlet, please follow their warranty requirements and registration procedures. Exceptions: Some items may be subject to an additional return policy as noted on the particular item. Returns: Customers must contact us within 30 days from purchase -except as noted bellow- to get a Return Authorization Number. All returns are subject to our refund policy as described below. Refund: As soon as we receive the returned product, we will refund 70% of the actual product price minus the shipping and handling charges. The customer must pay for return mailing and packaging charges. Even though we may offer our juicers or parts under “Free or Discounted Shipping,” if a refund is requested we will charge you at least the shipping cost that we paid. Please note: the shipping and handling is not refundable unless an error was made on our part, such as shipping the wrong merchandise. While we believe strongly in customer satisfaction, we realize that returns are costly because of shipping, handling, the cost to return the item to us, and the time involved. Therefore, please, if you are not sure which of our products are what you are looking for, then email us before you purchase and we will gladly assist you. Refusal of Sales and Services: We reserve the right to refuse a customer’s purchase of any product we offer at our own discretion. We also reserve the right to refuse all future sales and warranties to any customer whom we have determined to abuse our products or make false manufacturing or damage claims. Price: Due to the dynamic nature of the market and our products, and the dynamic nature of shipping fees and services, prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping: We do our best to process your order and ship within 1 business day. Once we ship, we will email an online tracking number to you. However, due to demands, at time orders may be delayed. We will notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delays. Out of Stock and Sold Out: We try to update our stock data daily. However, occasionally an item you ordered may actually be sold out. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and if we have already processed your payment, we will refund 100% of the amount.
